Tickets are £5 per person for our regular screenings. If a special event is priced differently, the price is always shown on that film’s own page.

Online through our TicketSource shop, or on the door on the night. Booking ahead is the surest way to get a seat, and it helps us know how many chairs to put out.

No. There are no booking fees when you book online through our TicketSource shop.

Yes, subject to availability. We accept payment on the night, and it is worth checking our Facebook page before you set out in case a screening has sold out.

If we have to cancel a screening we will let ticket holders know as soon as we can and refund every ticket in full.

Doors open at 6:30pm. Come early, have a cup of tea and get a good seat.

Films usually start at 7:00pm. The start time for every screening is listed on its page, so do check if you are coming to a special event.

Seating is unreserved, so pick whichever seat you fancy when you arrive. If you need a particular spot — near the door, on an aisle, or with room for a wheelchair — just let us know beforehand and we will keep one for you.

Absolutely, as long as the film’s age rating allows it. We follow the British Board of Film Classification ratings, and the rating for every screening is shown on its page.

We screen at the Victoria Diamond Jubilee Hall, Hermitage Street, Evanton, Ross-shire, IV16 9YG — right in the middle of the village.

There is on-street parking around the hall and in the village. Please park considerately and leave the entrance clear for anyone who needs to be dropped off at the door.

Yes — there are refreshments on screening nights, and part of the fun is the blether before the lights go down.

Evanton Community Cinema is a non-profit run entirely by local volunteers. We are a separate organisation from the village hall, though our equipment is installed there and that is where all our screenings take place.
